Recipes! Tomato and Capsicum Soup with Carrot Dipping Sticks
Ingredients: 3 Tomatoes 1/2 a capsicum 1 carrot Recipe: Take your three tomatoes and take out only the juice and seeds using a knife. The seedy liquid will form your tomato soup. Slice 1/4 of a capsicum and dice it into small chunks and place in the tomato soup. Cut another 1/4 of a capsicum and cut this piece into two halfs to garnish the outer sides of the plate. Cut your carrot into half and then into long stick quarters. This could give you atleast 8-10 long carrot dipping sticks to place around the side of your soup.
