The Cavy
Chef Challenge has been inspired by the wonderful reality T.V Show
MasterChef. Since guinea pigs naturally eat raw foods only ACS has
decided to put all guinea pig lovers to the test! A test of
knowledge, skill, artistic flare and passion it is time for guinea
pig lovers across Australia to take the foods their guinea pigs love
and enjoy and to plate them like you've never seen before! ACS Founder and Brisbane Shelter Manager 'Jessica' is a self admitted Masterchef addict and after watching the British series and the entire Australian series of Masterchef with great interest she had an inspirational moment that has inspired this challenge. 'I'm very excited about this challenge and created a few funky designs myself which my guinea pigs thoroughly enjoyed! I can't wait to see the dishes the kids come up with and I really hope this special challenge has a great response with loads of awesome guinea pig dishes being sent through! What could be more exciting than sharing our passion for guinea pigs and designing special raw food platters that we know they will love and enjoy!', said Jessica.
HOW TO SEND IN A RECIPE 1.Take a couple of clear photos of your dish 2.Give your dish a name. 3. Write down the recipe for your dish so that we can add it to the 'recipes' section of the website (Please note that all credit to your dish will be given to you and that this part is optional only if you have the time). 4. Send through your name, age and location if you would like credit given to your dish online. 5: Optional but you can send through some photos of your guinea pigs enjoying their dish aswell and they will be placed on a page alongside your recipe.
