Shelters
All ACS
Shelters require pre-booked appointments for all visits even if you have
visited before an appointment will need to be arranged. ACS Shelters are
all managed on residential properties. We ask that our home life after
hours please be respected.

Note: ACS Brisbane Shelter is our largest shelter and is managed
by ACS Founder and President Jessica. Jessica manages a bulk load of work
for the organisation which includes all adoptions and surrenders, all
finances, updating the website, planning of ACS related events, managing
and caring for the animals daily at ACS Brisbane Shelter and so forth.
Sometimes the Brisbane Shelter does get very inundated with phone calls
and emails and Jessica is unable to keep up with the workload. Due to this
on the occasion a phone call or email may slip through the cracks. We
apologise in advance if this happens to you. Please if you are unable to
get in contact with the Brisbane Shelter and you have tried via email and
phone we ask for understanding and advise that you contact an alternative
ACS Shelter in the mean time or email us directly via our general
enquiries email address

please mention this when you ring or email and your enquiry will be placed
