address is moderated by a small team of experienced guinea pig owners who
have long-term knowledge of guinea pig medical and general care. If you
situation sounds urgent we may advise that your guinea pig needs
veterinary attention as we are not qualified veterinarians although can
offer valuable advice on medical conditions, can recommend vets in your

ACS Brisbane Shelter ( Located at Cashmere. Brisbane Northern Suburbs ). Please Note: ACS Brisbane Shelter is our largest shelter and is managed by ACS Founder Jessica. Jessica manages a bulk load of work for our organisation which includes all adoptions and surrenders, all finances, updating the website, planning of ACS related events, managing and caring for the animals daily at ACS Brisbane Shelter and so forth. Sometimes the Brisbane Shelter does get very inundated with phonecalls and emails and Jessica is unable to keep up with the workload. Due to this on the occasion a phone call or email may slip through the cracks. We apologise in advance if this happens to you. Please if you are unable to get in contact with the Brisbane Shelter and you have tried via email and phone we ask for understanding and advise that you contact ACS Sunshine Coast Shelter or email us directly via our general enquiries email address australiancavysanctuary@hotmail.com as other ACS admin regularly check this email account. ACS Lakes ( Springfield and Ipswich Area ). ACS Lakes runs small-scale and is managed by Alina although works very closely in conjunction with ACS Brisbane Shelter. ACS Lakes offers boarding/vacation care for guinea pigs as well a grooming service. Fresh hay and feed are also available to purchase through ACS Lakes. ACS Gold Coast Guinea Pig Rescue
Both ACS Gold Coast Guinea Pig Rescues are combined although set up on two different residential properties. The rescues are managed by Alix and Bec are run large-scale. The ACS Gold Coast Rescues both are open for guinea pig surrenders and adoptions.
